Rare Announcer (1.0)

Addon that will announce Rare NPC spawns, location, and health of the NPC to the area general channel. This is to assist players to group up to take out the rares for weekly quest rewards on the Isle of Thunder, Northern Barrens, and the Timeless Isle (once released).

Replacement for Battlefield Barrens and IoTRares.
