Action Bars added, please set system action bars to always show borders

Removed Action bars for rewrite, to buggie,
Set up auto Scale
----- Scale Now Sets to any resolution and Screen Size(need Screen Shots and Screen size inches and
----- Pixels sent to my mail so i can evaluate as many as possible
----- Frames should now auto adjust to height properly

Config screen now hides on enter world
-- access to it temporarily granted through config button at top of screen
-- alignment tool now implemented, you can use this at the bottom of the config screen, it toggles on and off with the button
close button now works properly
config button now works properly

all other option buttons still coded to Reload UI

drop file into addons folder, please start with a clean install

after you start game you may load in other addons to suit your needs
