Fix the format of the files from Vol 1.0.
Version 1.0 format was wrong sorry about that
to add this skin plug-in
Go to your C:\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\Btex\Skins and place the file in side skin folder
then Now just run WoW and once logged in, type '/bx menu' to get the options screen and choose a skin
