Greatly changed the role of the Casting module. It will now manage all cooldown-, casting- and buff/debuff-related events. This also means that it is now required for both the Spell Timer and Cooldown Timer.
Greatly changed the way the Spell Timer works (e.g. how it uses the combat log). This includes detection of your aoe spells without having to 'see' any buffs/debuffs on units.
Options to enable ALL target debuffs, self buffs/debuffs and cooldowns are enabled at the Spell Timer.

General: Removed old/dummy class modules from the addon package. You can safely delete all the class modules (Forte_DeathKnight, Forte_Druid, Forte_Hunter, Forte_Mage, Forte_Paladin, Forte_Priest, Forte_Rogue, Forte_Shaman, Forte_Vehicle, Forte_Warlock and Forte_Warrior). Make sure you keep and enable the Forte_Class module.

Fortegaming.com, the addon's original home, is no more. That's why I've decided to make wowinterface and curse its new official homes. I will write a new features overview here when I get time. I'm sorry for the current lack of documentation. You should be able to get quite some information from the options interface and its tooltips in-game, but if you have any questions, just ask.
